1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of liveclarva.com (the “Site”), operated by BOLDENPEAK CORP d/b/a CLARVA (“CLARVA,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, registering a purchase, or submitting a refund request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this site does — and doesn’t do

The Site provides product information, education, guarantee registration, and refund services. We do not sell products or process payments on this Site. All purchases are made through third-party retailers such as Amazon (and, in the future, Walmart), and are additionally subject to that retailer’s own terms, checkout, and buyer protections.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site’s registration and refund services. Our products are dietary supplements intended for adults.

4. 100-Day Happiness Guarantee

Every CLARVA product is covered by our 100-Day Happiness Guarantee, described in full in our guarantee policy. In summary: if you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase in full within 100 days of the purchase date — no return required. The guarantee is limited to one refund per product per household, requires a valid retailer order number, and refunds are processed through the retailer’s platform within 2 business days of approval. The guarantee policy page controls if it conflicts with this summary.

5. Purchase registration and communications

When you register a purchase, you provide your name, email address, product selection, and order number. By registering you consent to receive (a) transactional emails about your guarantee, and (b) CLARVA marketing emails, from which you can unsubscribe at any time with one click. 6. Health disclaimer

Content on this Site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the CLARVA name, logo, product names (LIBIDO+, TESTO PLUS, PERIMENOPAUSE), copy, graphics, and guides — are owned by BOLDENPEAK CORP and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false registration or refund information, attempting fraudulent guarantee claims, scraping content at scale, interfering with the Site’s operation, or violating applicable law. We may refuse service, cancel registrations, or deny guarantee claims that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not limit the product guarantee described in Section 4.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOLDENPEAK CORP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOLDENPEAK CORP and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
